Not a Bug XF Arcade Install completed , but no arcade tab?:O

My Xenforo site is http://desiuniversal.com/ I uploaded the XML for the add-in as well as under
/desiuniversal.com/library/ i put Arcade in there and js in there


/desiuniversal.com/library/Arcade
/desiuniversal.com/library/js

?
Under admin panel, I installed the add-on also, but no luck...
What am I doing wrong

I see it as a Guest. My guess is permissions.

Oh, and I'd turn off guests being able to see it as it's a DB hit.
