I think Spike should be taken out of the running. Everyone loves him how can you not? I love all of the characters but Gunn i find hard to agree with sometimes. Hes still a great character.

spike and fred most definitely. spike was just such a treat on angel. he was freakin hilarious, and there were such great plots to be told about the shanshu and his and angel's destines. and fred was just amazing as usual. so sad she had to go...

I voted Spike & Fred but I like Spike and Illyria the best... but before Fred was Illyria it was Spike and Fred (Equily) followed by Lorne.
