Your Goals for Next Year of School

Ok, I personally was had a terrible year of middle schoool/junior high and hated it. And because of teasing and bullying done to me, I was not able to live up to my full potential, sooooooooo these are my goals for the next school year!
-try to get at least a B in math.
-get a role in the musical next year (again).
-try out for Honors Choir.
-do at solo at Spring Choral Concert (again)
-read a John Gridsham book and write a report on it for extra credit/sucking up :P
-don't go to any dances
-avoid boys like the PLAGUE
-show the pop posse (the popular snobs) who's boss.
-get all A's (with exception of math)
-volunteer at library (again)
-start learning Russian and/or Georgian offically.
-try out for and get on tennis, basketball and volleyball teams.
-only eat the school salads and nothing else from the cafetria!!!
 
lets see................

-pass into level 4 in my 4-h horse program
-stand up to my dad
-get straight a's (which will be hard)
-start jumping 2'6
-be more openminded
-ride more advanced horses
-make lots of new friends
-save up more $$ for my horse
-do good in high school
-make more friends
-be more comfortable about talking in public
 
oooo...i have these goals before i graduate...

to meet a girl i can be in a loving relationship with
to be able to dunk(basketball ;) )
have an accumulative 3.5 GPA.
be a quadruple letterman(already have football, hockey, lacrosse. will try for golf)
 
to fix my problems with my stupid friends
to keep my class ranking
to find a fourth leg for my 3200 m relay and to not miss getting to state by 4 seconds like we did this year

BMI is overrated. like Hombre said, body fat % is what tells the real story. A healthy body fat percentage for a growing female is 17-24%. for a growing male, it is 13-20%. (I knew i could use that performance nutrition knowledge somewhere.) :D

it's ok, but it's expensive to find out how much you body fat is!
actually its free just about anywhere. go to a local 24 hour fitness and they'll do it for ya, or your school prolly can do it for ya too.
