Reading Hyperion now... really enjoying it. Any of you read it? It's the first fiction book I've read in awhile and it's incredible, I feel I can safely recommend it if you're looking for an excellent sci-fi.

Totally agree, he's incredibly biased (not to mention that that show just plain sucked) in his reviews, and he's rooster-y (silly censor) and arrogant to boot and probably one of my least favorite game music composers period. I have no idea why he is in the spotlight so much. Go away, Tommy...

I like a smaller number of very different races. This is for a couple of reasons. Too many races and (it has already been stated) you get a lot of "repeats" - that is really pointless to me. 3-4 different kinds of elves? Also, too many races just feels forced. I mean 15-16 dominant races...

I'd move if they were going to hire me, no problem. I'm already planning to move soon anyway, so that wouldn't even be an issue.

Wow, talk about a dream job! I graduated from a technical type school for recording arts, and am also a musician. Working with music and sound effects for any game (let alone one I am so hyped up for) would be incredible. I have also wondered about the sound design in HJ and am quite curious...
