I like the effects, but it's hard to see what's going on

I do like the colors and effects, but I think it needs some lighting

no, I like them blue, I just feel that it's a little monotone. I also feel it would look good with a cloud stock as the background, but that would be hard to do I think you should just use hue/saturation to make the blue a little bit more sky colored

no, it really isn't that much better than gimp

the boarder is just there because the sig looks awful on a light background I also wanted to look like it was deep underwater this sig is more of a lighting and editing sig than a real effect one I don't think that they're my best, but I'm not sure I would like some comments
