I've read if you enter a zone thats too packed they will put you in a different zone but still the same place.I'm not sure if its still planned,while it would keep lag in real popular places down it also could get confusing I'd think.

From what I've read of HJ they are going to be zoned and quests majority done in instances.They could still have single flying transports like WoW(gryphon/wyvern)from zone to zone if they wanted I'd think.I hope they do have some form of flying transport to get a nice sky view of the areas I...
