    Touch Screen sausage test!

Wow, and I thought South Korea was weird before. But it does actually make sense: the phone companies should make more ergonomic phones.

    What book are you reading?

The Mammoth Book of Werewolves, an anthology. I think it's a nice way to introduce oneself to the genre of werewolves and werewolfery. I'm quite fond of the whole idea really.

    FictionPress.Com

There's a great many interesting tales on that site. I'd long forgotten where to find them, but I once read stories about vampire-werewolf crossbreeds, demon-possessed angels, and horror movie parodies. Have any stories you'd like to recommend personally? I'm always in the mood for more...

    Moonlight vs. Blood Ties

What's not to like? They're both derived from Forever Knight, the first ever vampire detective series. Best of all, they each have they're own way of doing things: Blood Ties focuses on supernatural threats and horrors, while Moonlight focuses on mundane crime and vampire conflict. I think...

    Sci-Fi V

This reminds me of the time they made a darker and edgier remake of Battlestar Galactica. My only problem with the story is the fact that the aliens come in peace (not really). If they have an evil plot to eat/rape humans, then why don't they come in--guns blazing--and raze the place?

Sci-Fi Channel Destroying Definition Of Science Fiction

And that's a little phenomenon called "network decay." It's only noticeable over a decade or so, but nerd rage is one of the worst rages known to rage. But it is nice to know that they're willing to explore "alternative" works of science and fantasy fiction. I'm really quite tired by the...

    stargate movie campaign

By the end of its run, Stargate had become a parody of itself, so I'm definitely happy with it finally coming to a conclusion. But there's already an Atlantis movie in the works. The press reveals it's called Stargate: Extinction. My bet's on Todd doing something stupid and dangerous again.

    Legend of the Seeker

Like the books it is based on, the entire series is cliched and trite, although it does fill me with nostalgia for 90's fantasy television shows. Nice to see that a work of medieval fantasy can still do wonders for a producer's bank account. The sex appeal is a definite plus. Hope they can keep...

    Sci-Fi Battlestar Galactica: Caprica (2010)

The caption in the pilot said: 58 years before the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. Anyway, it's written in such a way that you sympathize with and care about all of the characters. Everyone has their own personal problems that aren't overly wangsty at all. Although Mrs. Graystone did have a rather...

    Suggested SC-FI series.

Have you heard of Babylon Five? Or Earth: Final Conflict? Haven't seen them myself, sorry. Caprica is perhaps the first scifi family drama, and I really think it's compelling.

    Anyone else hate fantasy?

That's a good question. I don't hate the genre myself. Unfortunately, most fantasy fiction is cliched and trite felgercarb. Apparently authors never quite understood the concepts of diversity or realism. Another problem is that ~95% of online games are fantasy-based. Where's the love for science...
