Season 4 DVDs

hey!
does anyone know when the season four box set thing comes out in the united states? I've heard that it comes out on sept. 29, but i've also heard it comes out on oct. 25 ... so i'm confused. :-\

the 29th is the season 5 air date. oct 25 is the season 4 DVD's
