Sequal to Story

OK I know this may be the wrong place to put this but Im stuck.I'm writing a sequal to 'Vaughn's dying words' and well I have no idea how to bring him back.For those who havent read it,it's about Vaughn not wearing the bullet proof vest in 'truth takes time' and well he dies and at the end they have a funeral and Syndey is pregnant. and well i want to bring him back and so do many ppl but im not sure how too and i want to add the sequal tonight.....

Ok, this is probably going to be really stupid but oh well...uhh...hmmm...you could have Jen have the baby and out pops Vaughn. lol no im j/k...I need to know the circumstances of how he died...did she see him die and was he buried or what...actually just tell me so i can read it first then I'll see if i can help.
