My Installer looks like this:

But should look like this, allowing for a place to put additional files. I've reuploaded the current file and reinstalled, but I still egt the same thing in Firefox and IE.

The top image is the Core installation as there are no additional files usually with the Core system while the second is the IPB system which usually has additional files that need to be added hence the difference. Choose IPB system instead and you will see the added Choose File button.
