Music What Are You Listening To?

I can only take so much of Moby. There are a few songs I have in the collection but not much.
David Crosby - If I Could Only Remember My Name
As much as I prefer Crosby's solo stuff I find myself listening to CSN more often than not. A few years back I did catch him solo at the Mann Music Center in Philly and it was a good show.

PS: Putting your link in your signature is a lot easier than typing it every time. ;)

Ooh, new music for me! Is all of her stuff along those lines? Blindfold sounds like something I'd have in the collection listening to at the office.

Neil Young - Living With War

I saw the CSNY - Deju Vu movie. I liked it. But be forwarned, althought there is a lot of performance footage, every song is interrupted with interviews and political commentary.

Ever see the Counting Crows in concert? A few years back they were on a double-bill with The Goo Goo Dolls at Hershey, PA, and since the wife is a huge GGD fan we ended up going.

If I was a betting man then I would put some good money down on somebody looking at footage of the concert to show that Adam Duritz spent more time standing up talking about politics then performing. Well, I'm assuming most of the talking was about politics because he seemed intent on doing his best impression of "What if Bob Dylan was drunk and spoke with a slurred speech?" that night and what little could be understood was political. And the few songs he actually did find time to perform? Almost all of them were spoken instead of sung. :banghead:

I am a pretty liberal person when it comes to my music but I told the wife I don't care who is performing with them, I will never in my life go to another Counting Crows performance again.

Oh by the way... if you know someone who is suffering from a case of the blues that could use a little silliness in their life, please direct them to my web site in the hopes they will find solace to know there is someone more disturbed than them.
