I live in Browns Run now... its a little development next to a Golden Bear (or used to be) golf course. But no, its not gated... yet. It can't be gated because one of the elementaries is in the middle of it, along with a church. I'm going from an 81 house neighborhood to a 350 house neighborhood. What a change.
