The Final Clue

Hey everybody.

I just wanted to let you know that the characters in this story belong to J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot Productions. Everything else is from the incredible mind of....me. :D

I hope you enjoy and continue reading.

Sydbristow

.... and for those who were reading this before the crash, sorry it took me so long to repost it.

Thanks to Alias_Babe2007 and Marshalls Tech Emporium for telling me if I missed anything.

The attacker was strong and obviously well trained but Sydney thrust her knee up in one last attempt against her opponent. The man fell with a grunt into a deep unconsciousness. She grabbed a package she had dropped in the fight and raced down the institutionalized hallway.

“Dixon are you there?” Sydney yelled into her earpiece.

“I’m here Syd. You OK?”

“Fine. I’m on my way out now”

“Alright. I’ll meet you out front with the van.”

The connection went dead and Sydney prayed that she wouldn’t need her partners help again. The door at the end of the hall she had entered through never seemed to get closer as she continued to run. Sydney heard voices behind her and took a second to glance over her shoulder. Several men were racing after her and yelling in German. Sydney only caught bits and pieces of what they were saying.

She saw a door to her right and twisted the knob to go through. It was locked and Sydney realized she was trapped as another group of security ran at her from the opposite direction. She braced herself for a fight as all the men came at her at once. Sydney did a side kick, slamming her foot into a stomach, while at the same time crushing the nose of a man in front of her with her elbow.

The brawl went on for some while and Sydney began to weaken. Before she even saw it coming, a hard metal object slammed over her head. Everything went to a sickening yellow and then black. Everything was black.

Oh, good grief! I'm so sorry I haven't been on here earlier and posted for you!

I'm so happy to see that it's reposted though, I love this story! Keep up the amazing work.
