True Destiny is a missing part of the x-Men movies, I liked her character and remember when she died in the comics. Also in the movies no connection to Nightcrawler or Rogue.
The original film was quite good, but caused some controversy in the UK due to the shooting in the film of the robotic children. This film came out in the UK about the same time as the tragic Dunblane school massacre so the films shooting scene was deemed very sensitive viewing and the films...
I liked this film apart from the daft ending, and yeah i heard they are working on a remake as well. Will have to get the original out of my DVD collection and give it a viewing again.
I liked the movie, kind of managed to reboot the franchise as well, a bit like the recent Star Trek movies. I look forward to see what happens with future x-men movies.
I remember as a young teen a friend telling me about this film, so off to the local video rental store I went to hire it. I was completely blown away by the film, I found it to be haunting and very unique. Must try to obtain it on DVD, a forgotten underated classic IMO.
Hi and thanks for welcoming me :)
I guess I like most Sci-fi, star wars and star trek most of all, but I have been into most sci-fi at one time or another. Yeah my like of sc-fi is pretty far reaching, hehe.
Hi just want to introduce myself, I am from Nottinghamshire UK, and I have been a lifetime fan of sc-fi. I like science fiction films, TV shows, books, comics and yeah the list goes on. Hope to get to know some of you great people on here. Laters :)
