AXIS WS-S service client using WCF .net client

Aaaaaagggghhhh!!!! I'm so frustrated with trying to get this WCF .net client to talk to an AXIS WS-S service that I might just say the heck with it and go back and do it as a WSE3 based client instead.

I'm starting to suspect that the service I'm trying to consume, which is not on our servers and out of my control, has a few suspect issues as well. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe it.

Which is what we did. Not the best way of dealing with but timelines have to be met.
