What knowledge level of Joomla! do you have? I have beginner. Although, I can hardly use it.

To use most of the CMS softwares, you need to know atleast HTML & CSS coding. Then you can use it easily. And Joomla is one of the best among them, I think its easier than Drupal atleast.

Not all need HTML knowledge. WordPress and IPContent are two.

Joomla! is a pretty cool tool for your site. It's more customizable than WordPress and allows for almost anything.
