Thanks guys for the comments once again I got a totally different response on here then Mds. They told me the sig was really bad but I though it was at least decent.

Im going to have to disagree with everyone..
The render itself is both somehow over-sharpened yet in some places blurry so it just looks really LQ. Definitely ditch the border. The lighting looks fake and unrealistic and theres little to no depth (i.e. theres a faint trace of a building in the background yet behind that is smudging, in front of that is smudging and it's not used in anyway)
