Wow, here is a flashback to the 80's!

Marking their very first appearance on TV, the Goo Goo Dolls appeared on "Randi's Cat's Pajamas", a local TV show in the Buffalo, NY, area. Describing their music as for "the skate kids", the guys do their best with a host who obviously never listened to their music.
What we learn in this appearance is that the guys were into big hair, John was wearing Robby's jeans, Robby was wearing John's t-shirt, George did not talk much, and that John liked ripped up jeans.
At least she was nice by wishing them luck in making it "on the major charts someday."
