I've been making my own homemade bacon for a year now and it has been turning out awesome. I was thinking of curing my next batch with the addition of Tequila and lime juice. I've never added any alcohol or acid to my bacon cures before. Are either of them going to do anything funky and ruine a perfectly good pork belly.
