When Irina knocked Syd to the ice, Syd banged her head on the ice.
Is it possible that all the stuff from that point on is Syd's dream while being knocked out.
I really doubt that JJ would use such a lame idea.
I hope not at least
 
hey that is exaclty what i was thinkin when i reawatched it last night but thought it was to stupid to post!! im glad someone else was thinking the same as me!! but she fell hard on the ice and it could happen but i think it was just a way to get irina to get her point across!! but hey anything is possible at this point!! :D (y)
 
my one friend was thinking this the other day! because there were other times in the ep that syd hit her head and they made sure you saw that she hit her head! let me count the ways she hit her head:
1. the ice directly
2. hockey stick(irina hit her over the head)
3. against the floor once more compliments from irina
4. hit again by irina same scene(and she said she loves her....yep!lol!)
5. against a stack of plates in the kitchen during freplica fight
6. against the wall in freplica fight
7. smashed against broken mirror and the wall then the ground a final time

thats alot of head bashing in a short time......i wonder as well, could be then we wouldnt have to worry about vaughn being.....um...married!but i do agree it is very simplistic for jj so im not sure!
 
yeah maybe they were making a point with all the head banging?! and wanted to make it clear that after so many times of banging your head that you will pass out and have freaky dreams...well if the whole two years missing thing really is a dream. which i hope it is but i dont think it is!! :eek:
 
Uh....i think you guys are over doing it. I serioously doubt that all the head smashing has anything to do with it. Syd's been through that stuff before.
 
dream? no a glimpse....jj has skipped a lot of stuff by making Sydney be in hong kong two years later....I'm sure he's cooked up something good for the season premiere!! HE better anyways!!
 
woah!! that never even crossed my mind about the things after her hitting her head being a dream. that's sounds like it would be REALLY happy because then Vaughn wouldn't be married...YAY!

most probably the whole season ... by the end of Season 3 ... we will be back at the end of Season 2 ... with Freplica and Syd fighting again ... :blink:

for me ... its a possibilty ... but I am not sure JJ would use it that way ... I also thought about that the night I saw the finale, but everything else seemed real ...
 
hey, did anyone notice the black cat run behind Sydney when she was in the ally in Hong Kong? Also, right when Vaughn entered the room(safehouse), on the door frame there was a big red 2. Does that have anything to do with anything, or am I really observent(sp)?

i didnt notice the cat so i will have to rewatch it again and i dont know about the number 2? ;)
 
That's highly, highly unlikely. Syd didn't even shut her eyes. Besides, they would have signified some sort of transformation from 'reality' to a 'dream'. -_-
 
ok i just rewatched the ending and it is a cat!! but arent cats part of the sceneary(sp?) in japan? so maybe it was just seen to make the setting look more realistic?! but i still think it was a dream cause the backround didnt look real at all!! :D
