I am excited for it however I am somewhat upset that the story line is not carrying on from Clems point of view.

I do not understand what you mean? The last Walking Dead left with a cliffhanger from who Clem was near ect... I was simply saying I wish the second game carried on from that. But I understand that the first game was based on the comics whereas the second is based on the show.

Yeah clementine isn't in the show therefore she wont be in it Survival instinct is merl and daryl before they meet rick and the rest of the group.

Yeah I know, I was saying I wish the second game was a continuation of the first based off the comics even though we know it wont be.

The game with Clementine (from Telltale Games) is a separate game from this one. It's already been confirmed that will be a 'second season' aka sequel to that game

Same, really hope it carries on from her point of view and she goes to see who is on the hill. Hated the ending of that game, so emotional -_-

Same, I remember watching this clip about some sort of contest they had for the games. It showed a bit of gameplay I think and it looked OK.
