A womanizer. Sleeps with many women, rarely remembered their names. A one night stand type of guy. He inherited the cool genes, while his brother Alan did not. Like his brother Alan, he doesn't like his mother too much either.

You make it seem like I dislike him, LOL! I like his character. One thing is that I never knew what his job is, or if he has one. I just know that he can play the piano really well. Sheen in real life is a great pianist.

Hands down one of the funniest characters on the show. He really makes alot of laughter fill the room during the show. hehe.

He writes jingles for tv ads. It showed that in a few episodes. That's why it was so funny when Jake didn't like any of the song Charlie was writing for him. Charlie is the paid professional
