Don't worry, you can get it as well! Just lay enough lead to put down another flaming dude and you get it!
PS: Not confirmed... bungie hasn't said anything but everyone who we play with get flaming recon!
UPDATE: FLAMES ARE GOING ON FOR TODAY ONLY! TOMORROW A WORLDWIDE FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS COMING DOWN AND FLAMES GOES BACK TO BUNGIE EMPLOYEES ONLY!
