Mr. Garber was perfect in his two all-too-brief scenes in the season premiere. In the prison scene, you could just see the despair in his eyes; a year in solitary really had taken its toll on Jack. Then in his last scene in the Ops Center, you know that he will always be there for his beloved Sydney -- but he needs her just as much as she needs him. Nobody can convey such a mix of emotions the way Victor Garber does. Discuss his portrayal of the complex Jack Bristow over the season here.

Victor was the best thing in S3. He was the only reason that I kept tuning in to Alias. I loved that scene in the jail cell in The Two. The look in his eyes when he saw Sydney was so heartfelt. It is all in the eyes.
