Latest Alias magazine stated that both Alison’s and Lauren’s bodies have not been found. So the writers are defiantly leaving the possibility of a return for both depending on the actor’s schedules. MD has Summerland and MG is a lead in a movie.

As both Allison and Lauren were both covenant agents use of the Ramaldi super serum would be logical for both.
