I was watching E!'s 2003 30 Best Bodies.

JG Ranked #4 in 2003 RANK 30 best bodies.

Jennifer Garner is well known for the show Alias. She does most of her stunts and before doing the show and she had to do intense martial art training. During the show her diet mostly consists of egg whites and yogurt.

Co-Star Bradley Cooper says: "Jennifer is just so amazing. I mean during her breaks She like goes to her trailor and does push-ups."

Garner beat many stars in the countdown including: Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, The Rock, Brittany Spears, Justin, and Cindy Crawford.

This is not really relevent to this thread, but I was on the way home from uni and stopped at the newsagent. An Aus magazine (i think) 'Who' had a best dressed of 2003 feature. Jen came in seventh. Didn't see who all the others were.
