MC Solaar

I had heard about MC Solaar a couple months ago in my french class when my teacher played "Armand est mort" which was just goofy, so I just figured MC Solaar didn't have any good music. But as I watched the Sex and the City finale last sunday, there was a great french song that played in it and I was determined to figure out who sang it. It was MC Solaar and the song is "La Belle et le Bad Boy" and now I'm obsessed with the song. Anywho, he's a french rapper. Anyone else heard of and/or like him?

No, he's not new. His first album went out in 1994. He's very popular in France. But I've never heard one of his songs. I just heard his name a couple of times.

I liked his 2 first albums but now I don't like his music that much anymore , it's not as good as it used to be.
But he's still very popular over here.
