Check her out. Notice the tattoos on her pretty face? Do you like tattoos on your chars in general or depending on what the class is?

Didn't realize it but yeah, that would be a neat customization feature eh? Whether face, arms, legs, torso, chest etc.

I can't remember the refernce, and I wish I would go look it up, but I'm lazy. However, Simutronics has stated that tatoo's will be in the game to better the customization process. Also, I highly doubt you'll be able to completely strip. It would tag the game with a rating of Adult. That means A LOT less money for Simutronics.

Well first don't expect to be able to run around naked at all. The company isn't going for a M rating on the game and this may put it up there if implemented. Also there is a mmorpg article that covers that.

That tatoo's thing is great. When I saw it I was excited since I'll be able to create and add those to my char. Its just that extra step to customization which imo is whats setting this game apart from the others. You can really tell a company listens to its player base when a lot of the things you keep asking for pop up in their game.

But who knows I've seen stranger things happen maybe you'll get your dream to run around naked in game, just kinda doubting it with the articles I've read.

I'm also pretty sure the list of tattoos we could choose from at beginning will be rather long. From the screenshots of the character generator and the bits from the video it seems like there might just maybe be almost a little bit TOO much customization.... possibly. As for being elsewhere than the face... not sure. But Simu does have a history of allowing tattoos on almost every body part, though the graphical environment may limit that somewhat HJ's case.

My characters tattoos are more along the lines of tribal lines, if anyone has watched bleach and seen Aberai Renji's tats, they will know what i mean.

Tattoo's would be sweet, I agree, and feel they're totally necessary.

In regards to Rubowski's comments about turning on the TV to see nakedness... not here in the US. Unless you order specific channels from your cable/satellite company. I'm going to guess you're european... only due to the fact that US media is very "prudish", and do not see the human body, as it is... a body. Of course, U.S. folks are all about porn... and seeing nakedness = porn to the rightmost political folks. If porn/nakedness wasn't such an issue in the U.S., the company I work for would not be as successful as they are...

I work for a Webhosting Provider / Internet Bandwidth Provider. We also host, and work with quite a few thousands of porn sites, host porn conventions (lol) and other such things. Ever hear the phrase "a dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste"? If not, it's true here... my boss has the dirtiest mind ever... yet, there is no sexual harassment here... then again, just barely under my boss, some of the women I work with are just as bad as he is.

I'm really liking the char you've been describing Dez. Your tattoo descriptions coupled with the other weapons thing you mentioned regarding the sheath and the sword being used together as weapons sound awesome for a character.

Great character customization if so, however, I really don't think we need to see any genitals in the game... again, that kind of gives the game, in the U.S., an Adult/Mature Audience rating, which is bad for sales... and I think Simu wants a larger audience than that Nice try though!

Thanks, i think the main reason i dont get into roleplaying is because no game todate can accuratly portrait my character. So i just keep him on paper for now. Hopeing hero's journey will change that with the character creation system, i am hoping to be able to make him really close to my vision for him.
