I don't think the OC art can have its own thread, considering this is an Alias board after all 
I believe if people would like to post art based on The OC, they can do so in the Non-Alias related wallpapers and/or Non-Alias related blends.
If I made the wrong decision then another mod (who knows more about how to organize Fan Media...Les? jems?) can reopen this. But for now, it will be closed.

Personally I say we (me) monitor the Non-Alias media threads and if alot of OC stuff starts cropping up we can, as a team, discuss opening an OC thread.
