    Fans of UPN's soon-to-be-canceled Star Trek: Enterprise took to the streets in Los Angeles, New York and other cities on Feb. 25 to urge Paramount to give the show a fifth season.

    now that is interesting! you don't really stay anonymous for too long being an investor in commercial space industry and having the money to donate like this, so it shouldn't be that hard to figure out who they are.

    curious to note that Patrick Stewart, ST:TNG Captain Picard, has publicly said that he would prefer to see money spent on space exploration instead put to use solving the worlds current problems on the planet itself! starvation, disease, etc.

    If I had to make a bet I'd say it was Paul Allen. Remember, it was Allen who bought the Captain's chair from the set of TOS for his sci-fi musuem in Seattle and he also funded SpaceShip One.
