VC is hands down the best game of the series. The city is alot of fun to play around in, Tommy actually talks, the missions were more complete, the storyline flowed, and best of all it was based off of scarface. The amount of cars and the quality of cars are alot better, and i love the pcj(?)600.

In terms of gameplay, GTA II is the best by far. Vice City is running a close second. I own all four and have played the living hell out of them all, and GTA II keeps me coming back for more

I've only played GTA3 and Vice City, but it's been a long time since I played either. There were things on GTA3 that I liked better, but overall I think I like VC better, if only for the motorcycles.
