I saw her on this commercial for a tv show that shows after alias...I think it is called Coldcase (this is for ctv). She is this girl from the 60's or 70's and runs away with an african american and like 20 or 30 years later they are found on a mountain....dead

You're talking about Amber Benson who played Tara, and she played a girl (I think her name was Julia) on Coldcase tonight.

Tara is the character and Cold Case airs before Alias in most areas in the US (on CBS, a different network). I caught the end of it . . . she was the victim, so she didn't say too much. She looked great, though, as a hippie girl.
