lol as a "prank" gift my friend gave me a role-playing game for LOTR, I got a life size Legolas cut out, two LOTR movie posters, a Legolas mousepad (yay Siri, I finally have a LOTR mousepad), a Two Towers desk calender, and ROTK wall calender, MP3 player, Alias Soundtrack, Alias Season 2 DVD, and lots of other stuff, YAY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Hmm for LOTR stuff I got an Arwen t-shirt (with her pendant design on it), the ROTK soundtrack, Aragorn's ring, a TTT day calendar (already have the month one ^_^ ) umm... oh yeah my friend gave me the One Ring but it's on a chain and it has a light up base its aweeeeesome.

I got Season 2 too Nad! And the alias calendar and an alias shirt and an alias jacket!

But yeah i got Alias Seasons 1 and 2(I've so far watched up to episode 7 with my sister-i'm getting her into the show :lol: ), Two Towers and Return of the King soundtrack, Two towers extended edition, and get this-Lord of the Rings:Trivial Pursuit!I so dominate in that game!hahah!I also got a ring that reminds me of LOTR for some reason. My mom didn't get it anywhere special-one of the department stores, that's all. Ahhh I'm so excited! I may go see ROTK tommorrow cuz my cousins wanna see it!

I didnt really notice Eowyn's necklace till i went to the merchandise shop. It's quite nice..just not as special as Arwen's. ^_^

i've seen it twice but i'm sure i'll see it a lot more! We didn't go yesterday cuz my mom said it was too long :angry: I watched some of extended Two Towers last night though, and the new scenes and extended scenes are awesome! In the first half hour there had to be two new scenes and like 5 extended scenes!! I haven't finished it though.

I got the day calender too, it is a day by day (Saturdays and Sundays combined) calender with a full color picture from the movie. This years is outstanding, even better than the FOTR calender!

Here is an update on ROTK in the box office from Christmas weekend:

the finale of director Peter Jackson (news)'s critical and financial smash The Lord of the Rings trilogy still ruled at No. 1 with $51.2 million:


•King hit $200 million on Saturday, in 11 days. It was the second-fastest movie to reach that mark, after Spider-Man.


• Globally, King has taken in $492.1 million.


•King is ahead of its predecessor, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, by 12% in North America and 27% worldwide.


The next hurdle for King: $1 billion worldwide. Only 1997's Titanic made that much.


King's showing is especially strong considering that four major movies opened over the weekend. Last Christmas, Two Towers had only one new rival.
