ABC's website lists next sunday's ep (dec 22nd) as "Trust Me" (ep. 2 from this season). that would make the next new ep in January. but the wait definitely won't be as bad as the wait last summer!!

They didn't show the previews because there won't be a new ep for another three weeks. But maybe your right, because they could have said "New Alias in three weeks."
But Jennifer Garner talked about what happened on the set on that ep on Leno

It's not the Superbowl one, that one is on Jan 27th or somewhere around there. This one is one Jan 5th.
