Hey all you ALIAS fans here is the story of when I went to the Jay Leno Show to see Jennifer Garner as one of his guests. The whole thing is written in letter form to "my other friend named Jennifer" who lives in North Carolina, (She likes ALIAS too). I hope to write another one, (Letter/story), about when I went to the ALIAS Declassified book signing at a Barnes and Noble in LA, with the whole cast!!! Those are some of the benefits of having an ALIAS crazy friend who lives in LA. Hope you like!

Hey Jennifer.
How's it goin? Guess what I did last week! Caitlyn and I went to The Late Night Show with Jay Leno, and guess who was the guest?! Jennifer Garner!!!!!! We went last Friday. And you know what? I'm so bummed I forgot to tell you about it before I left because you could've seen Caitlyn and I on tv! Anyway, we found out about it from our friend Angie Ericson who lives in LA. So after two hours of sleep that night, we got up at 4:45 am and went to the nbc studios to get our free tickets. We were planning on waiting in front of the place all day so we could get in the front row. (Angie is a BIG ALIAS fan too) So that is exactly what we did ) That morning we met two other girls who do this kind of thing all the time. One of the girls told us about the time she got Angelina Jolie's autograph, and saw Minnie Driver drunk ! ) So after sitting in front of the place with our music and magazines we went back to the car to change and put some makeup on ) We each had a magazine with Jennifer Garner on the front. Mine was Entertainment weekly, and Caitlyn and Angie both had tv guides. We were planning on getting her autograph. Finally we got inside to see the show. In the beginning, Jay Leno came out and asked if the audience had any questions. So Angie raised her hand and asked if we could get a picture with him. So we got to go on stage and meet him! The bummer was that the picture (which was a poloroid) turned out black ( However, some nice security guard said if one of us were to come back to the studio and tell someone about it then we'd get VIP tix.) When we were up there he asked us all questions like what do you do, or want to do. Angie said she was a housewife, Caitlyn said she wanted to be in the CIA, and I said I wanted to be a personal trainer. "So you can train spys?" he asked ) "Sure!" I said. After all that waiting, we got in the second row! (The first row was for VIP). The cool thing about being in the 1st and 2nd rows is that you get to go up and shake his hand in the beginning and be on tv! So we all ran up there when the show started and are celebrities now ) (If you ever get to watch the episode with Jennifer Garner on it again, than the way you can find me is that I put my hair behind my ears as I walked back to my seat. ) When jennifer finally walked onto the stage we were so thrilled! After the first comercial break Our whole row automaticaly started waving furiously at her. She gave a little wave back ) After the show ended we all rushed out and grabed our cameras and magazines, then we stood by the back gate were we could catch her coming out in her car and get her autograph. In the meanwhile we waved goodbye to Jay Leno as he drove by in his black viper. It was funny, as he drove by he said, "Bye housewife!" to Angie and then she yelled back, "Bye tv star with a viper!" Then the black guy from the band drove by and the musical guest Erika Badu. We were waiting with our new friends and also the poparatzi was standing near by. (Caitlyn and I called them the Idiot Autograph people) One time they told us that they had just gotten a call that she had left another way. So we kept saying, "well then why aren't you leaving!" Those guys were so annoying! Especially when Jennifer came by in her black Lincoln town car. She rolled down her window to our delight even though she was on the phone. Then we tried to beat those three idot autograph guys to her car. They shoved a pen into her hand when they got there and that annoyed her.( she kept saying she was in a hurry and had to go "Oh god!" she said) Atleast we were able to get a picture next to her car and best of all her autograph! She said "Tell all of your friends to watch ALIAS". I was just starting to think of things to tell her when she rolled up her window and was gone. It was so awesome!!!!! "One of the funnest days of my life besides my wedding day!!!" (That's how Angie put it ) WHEW!!!!! That was longer than I expected! Anyway, did you watch the 2nd. season priemiere for ALIAS yesterday? (The 29th) If not than you'd better next week cuz Jennifer is hoping people will! ) Well, I hope you find this interesting, and it encourages you to drop a note as well.

P.S. Caitlyn and I just found out about an oportunity to meet the whole ALIAS cast at a Barnes and Noble in LA ! I hope we can go. If not then we will buy the ALIAS book that is the reason for that in the first place) Coming soon I hope
