I have three domains registered at GoDaddy that I will not be developing and will not be renewing. You can have them for free. 
If nobody wants them then when they expire they'll just go back into the general pool likely to be scooped up.
Originally I was intending to use them with an Amazon shopping cart script (like Associate-O-Matic) but the subject matter is something I never got into so they've been sitting unused. The name would also make for a great site for bird owners & enthusiasts.
