That would have been the episode 'Petarded'....what a funny as episode, what a shame season 4 only had 13 episodes, the one where Quagmire gets caught spying on Lois in the bathroom is funny too!

Family Guy is hilarious, there is one bit on the start of an episode on the 5th season where Stewie beats up Osama Bin Laden and his Al-Quieda henchmen, then he falls off the cliff, lands on his trike and the Naked Gun theme tune plays!!
