Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. The problem is I can only save pictures from the internet in .jpg form. If I try to save .bmp etc the file just says 'no preview available'?! 
Also on some pictures it only gives me the option to save as either .bmp or .ART meaning I can't save the picture at all as there is no .jpg option?!
