I'm happy that Dixon didn't get upset that Michael never mentioned his 'wife' worked for the competition. That could've gotten him in trouble. Dixon could have thought Michael and Sydney were trading information on advertising campaigns if their clients were serving the same market. Believe me, Budweiser wouldn't be happy knowing Miller was possibly getting advertising secrets from bedtime chatter.
