Sorry, I forgot the !!!. I could put in a pic with a blue wig, but I don't have the doftware to animate

you can animate things w/ software like Animation Shop, and I'm not sure what other programs

I dont have the software to animate, and if I copy and paste it, it will only copy one frame (which means it will say either just 'A' or 'ALIAS' with no flashing). Sorry

You need an animation software to do it (mine is "Animation Shop"), but I found Animation is not all it cracked up to be. Each of my sigs looks so much better individually than it does as a frame of the animation. It seems that, in compressing data, the pic quality is decreased.

Anyone knows how to preserve pic quality during data compression?

Sorry ... didn't see your post earlier. What you are asking for takes at least 10 different frames, each repeated several times (so the letters appear to flash). PM me with EXACTLY what you need and I'll see if I can help.
