Very funny comedy about seemingly mismatched female roommates (the bad one is Vain & Manipulative; the good one is seemingly Naive & a Goody two-shoes) and friend James Van Der Beek (of "Dawson's Creek" fame) as 'himself'.

The title of the show comes from a warning that a neighbour gives to the good girl after she arrives at the apartment.
