Pick an Heroes-related word, and add is... after it (I do this one).
Finish the sentence with whatever you want to write, and then pick the next Heroes-related word based on the last letter of the previous word (and add is...).
so i write
Heroes is..... (whatever u decide to put)
next person writes their answer after is then starts the new heroes word using the last letter from what i started with, Heroes.
Simone is...
