Politics Voting?

I was just curious to see how many people plan to vote NOV 2.
I personally will not be but thats only because i'm not old enough.
I have heard that America being the freest country, has the worst turn outs at the polls, and that's just plan stange to me.
So just go ahead and share why or why not if you feel comportable.
