McDonald's of Canada recently produced a video in response to a consumer asking why the food sold in their stores do not look like what is advertised. Surprisingly, the response is refreshingly blunt with the answer that, yes, the food does look different.
However they show that what is shown in the advertisement is exactly the same thing that is shown in the store with the difference between preparation & presentation.
