I think Vaughn isn't right about the whole 'you have to separate professional and personal'. I mean, of course she has to, but of course she can't! It's not a button you can click.

Now that he knows how his employees feel, I think it's time for Vaughn to change a bit. It's not just what he asks, it's how he asks.

That said, I still thing Sydney's the greatest for at least trying.
Also, that's totally Bill Vaughn at the door.
