francie is dead now...she's been replaced by a doppleganger (a look-alike)
i thought she had been against her the whole time and that she had killed will, but then they showed it was francie....

To confirm that this new "asset" is in fact a doppleganger and not Francie gone bad, go to abc.com's Alias website, episode guide. It tells you in writing that this newcomer is a look alike. My question of the day. Where is Will?
 
yeah really....he was supposed to take francie and leave town...as per syd's request...there you go...it's all WILL'S fault!!!

This is where the realism gets kind of shakey. How would Sloane find someone that looked exactly like francie - considering that she must have been hired for along time to study her habbits, and also that she must be completly loyal.
I guess she could have gotten a face change thing - but still, complete loyalty...
And for her to have studied francie, slonane must have planned evertyhing in advance - unless he just studied her for no reason <just in case>

Anyways, i'd like to see how this francie interacts with the others...
 
IN Ep 14, there is going to be something about a gene-splicing machine that allows users to alter their appearance...that probably will explain the Francie look-alike.

But Will---where is he? Something suspicious about the way he was not entirely concerned when he talked to Syd--he seemed too at ease--is he the real Will--is there a will look-alike or was will bad all along--is that how sloane and sark knew for sure syd and jack were double agents? or is it because they have been somehow in communication with Irina? I think she is in on the NEW alliance...Sloane, Sark, Irina! maybe K-directorate...

Okay...i have just been rambling...these are just crazy notions...but last night's ep really got me... :confused:
 
I don't think theres a Will lookalike, but hey, you never know. Maybe he was chicken and left town without Francie. Bawk!!

I think the Evil Francie is Anna Espinosa. I don't know why. I just do.
 
You know, it's weird, I was thinking about EvilFrancie last night, trying to decide what she was, and I remembered this book Dean Koontz wrote. In it the KGB used dopplegangers to get info from the CIA and military.....kinda freaky! I'm glad the new francie's not a clone--I was soooo not buying that!

i was thinking that either 1. dead frnacie was a decoy and she had been against syd all along or 2. it is anna, but she used that machine or whatever so she looks like francie.. i dunno why i think it is her..lol.. and apparently she is definitely dead? aww..that sux. and i think sloane found out that they are doubles from sark. with the whole "deal to kill sloane" thing, it wouldn't be hard to figure out that she isn't loyal to them..i dunno..i'm prolly way off. but this frikkin episode has me thinking about it wayyyy too much! i swear for the past like 22 hours, i think about it all the frikkin time!..
 
I don't want Francie to be dead!! From vartanho.com it said that a character was gonna be killed but still be on the show and i think that's Francie. But I'm still sad that she's dead!!!! WAAAAA!!! :( Phase One is definatly the weirdest but BEST episode ever!!
 
i also agree on that the evil francie is anna, i mean they almost look alike with all the makeup and wigs and everything if you think about it!! and i wonder about will, too!! what happened with him? he just disappeared and left francie at the resturaunt, i bet she had to get something and then there was teh new asset!! i hope we find out soon!
 
I was thinking that Evil Francie is Anna in desguise also. This might be totally off the topic but could this have something to do with what was on that paper that Sark was showing Sloane?
 
Francie resembles Anna, but I dont think they're the same person.

I'm disappointed at the fact that the normal person is killed too. In Declassified, Merrin Dungey (Francie) said that she wanted to be an evil spy, but J.J. said that being the anchor in Sydney's life will pay off. Is that still the case?
 
I dont remeber that part. But making her an evil spy or like killing her i dont think will move the plot forward. Maybe she is an evil spy but I also think it is someone possibly anna in disguise.
