no, much longer, try till about March. Usually hiatuses last until like the beginning of January, but since Jennifer is leaving for her maternity leave, it won't be back on until fometime in March, we will know closer to the date.

Still I wouldn't be complaining about the break - the gap between Season 3 and 4 was much longer!

12 episode is the 100th and it won't air before haitus... Last episode to air before hiatus is 5x09. (December 15 I think).

I've heard 5x10 & 5x11 will air as a two-hour event when the show comes back (not comfirmed though). So, the 100th episode should be in March or something like that, depends on when they come back.

Just to clarify this here, the 12th episode will be the 100th episode. It will air after the hiatus in March as the 9th episode The Horizon. And no, I think Sydney will give birth after the hiatus, probably on the 100th episode.
