S5 of Orphan Black is slated to premiere June 10, 2017.
 
I think this would be an interesting watch, there was a Japanese remake of Orphan Black done a few years ago called Orphan Black - 7 GENES. From what I can find, some variations were done for the local market but the general premise is the same and lasted one season.
