yes....i believe so! i swear i read it somewhere...US or Star magazine where he proposes...this of course came with the news jen and ben II are engaged.

This is being dicussed under a different title. We are aware that Vaughn is suppose to be asking Jack a momenteous questions. The speculation is that he is going to propose to Sydney.
