Season 5 What has Will been up to?

I read over at spoilerfix that Will is in witness protection in Wisonsin and is a foreman for a construction company.

I don't know about you guys but I just can't see him as a construction foreman. I guess because of witness protection he had to be doing something completely different than writing.
